What are Ginista garnishes made from?

Our garnishes are made from 100% real fruit, hand-selected at peak ripeness and dried slowly to preserve aroma, natural oils, and colour. No added sugars, preservatives, or artificial ingredients.

Are your garnishes edible?

Yes! All Ginista fruit wheels and botanicals are food-grade and fully edible. Enjoy them in cocktails, mocktails, infused water, or even baking.

How long do Ginista garnishes last?

Our dried garnishes have a 12–18 month shelf life when stored in a cool, dry place. Every pack is sealed for freshness.

Do Ginista slices float?

Yes — our slices are dried to the perfect density so they float beautifully on cocktails and add instant visual appeal.

Are there any additives or preservatives?

No. Ginista follows a strict no-additive, no-waste policy. Only pure fruit — nothing else.

How many cocktails can I make with one pack?

Each pack contains multiple slices, typically enough for 10–17 cocktails, depending on the fruit type & dried size.

What drinks do Ginista garnishes pair well with?

Everything. Gin, vodka, tequila, rum, whisky, mocktails, spritzers — even soda water.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. International shipping is available for distributors.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — we offer free delivery when using a valid local code or during certain promotions. General nationwide free shipping applies over qualifying order amounts.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your area.

Do you deliver on weekends?

No, if an order is placed on weekends, we will process and ship out on the first working day of the following week.

How should I store my garnishes?

Keep them sealed, out of direct sunlight, and stored in a cool, dry place.
Moisture is the enemy — once open, reseal or store in an airtight container.

Can the packs be reused?

Yes! Our pouches are reusable and great for storing spices, snacks, or future garnishes.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Do you accept returns?

For food-grade items, we cannot accept returns once opened.
If your order is incorrect or faulty, we will make it right.
