A modern classic bursting with tropical allure. The Passionfruit Martini blends smooth vanilla vodka with tangy passionfruit purée and a hint of lime, creating a vibrant balance of sweet and tart. Shaken to perfection and served with a halved passionfruit garnish, it’s finished with a side of sparkling wine for that signature, effervescent touch.

Ingredients:
50 ml vanilla vodka
25 ml passionfruit liqueur (like Passoã)
25 ml fresh lime juice
25 ml simple syrup (or vanilla syrup)

Ice cubes
Prosecco or sparkling wine (to serve on the side)
Method:
Add vodka, passionfruit liqueur, lime juice, and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
