The Classic Mojito

Crisp, refreshing, and full of zest — the Mojito is a timeless favorite that comes alive with a Ginista Dried Lime Wheel.

 

Ingredients:

50 ml white rum

25 ml fresh lime juice

2 tsp white sugar

6–8 fresh mint leaves

Soda water (to top)

Ice cubes

Ginista Dried Lime Wheel, for garnish

 

Method:

In a tall glass, gently muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice.

Fill the glass with ice and pour over the rum.

Top with soda water and stir lightly to combine.

Garnish with a Ginista Dried Lime Wheel and a sprig of mint.
